Het Koelhuis

Welcome to Het Koelhuis! With its rough looks and history, this industrial event venue is an inspiring place for a variety of meetings. The venue is centrally located in Zutphen in the eastern Netherlands, directly behind the NS railway station, along the river IJssel with a marina and next to a car park. 

The building has five floors with nine modular spaces. The rooms are suitable for conferences, staff parties, product presentations, photo shoots, online and hybrid events, internal branding events and more. The high ceilings, unique bannisters and robust elements from the past give it an industrial atmosphere.  

Our experienced team can handle your event organisation from concept to execution. Accessibility

• Car: There is a Qpark car park with 375 parking spaces opposite Het Koelhuis. The car park is open 24/7. Car park address: Lijmerij 2, 7202 AZ, Zutphen.
• Parking tickets: When entering the car park, you present your debit card to register your arrival time. Upon departure, present the exit card you received at Het Koelhuis, followed by the debit card (which allows the system to calculate the total parking time). There will be no additional charge if you have not parked for more than seven hours.
• Public transport: The Koelhuis is on the north side of the NS railway station in Zutphen. Leave the station via the back exit and immediately turn left, and Het Koelhuis will be directly ahead of you.
